Version 1.0.4

It seems that some few users had problems with crashs on startup with version 1.0.3. I think that I was able to fix the problem.

As this might happen more often in the future, I added the possibility to send me a debug mail with the error details with a click of a button.

Usually there is no update already two days after a previous release, but this is also a good occasion to test the automatic update mechanism in 1.0.3. For that you need to have it configured either on application startup or in the settings dialog.
